Our products are timeless in design, made from only quality materials. The manufacturers of these iconic brands focus on simplicity, a comfortable fit and practical features. We make no compromise in our search and supply of quality Australian Made Brands, our reputation depends on it.

We pass on all manufacturers guarantee of all products against faulty workmanship for a period of 30 days or specific brand warranty periods.

Aussie Bush Hats understand that from to time purchases are ordered and the exact product does not fit correctly. In these circumstances we offer our customers a 30 Day Returns Policy from date of goods received.

Note: We do not refund or exchange “Made to Order” Products, again as per manufacturers policy for Made to Order products. 

We Reserve the Right
To cancel any order, we will immediately notify this action by email or telephone.
All orders are subjected to availability of stock.
To take reasonable steps to verify that the order & credit card information is bona fide.

Return & Exchange Procedure
In order to serve you most efficiently please email us with details of the issue.  We will respond asking you to enclose a copy of our email quoting an allocated number with the returned product/s.  Any problems with sizing, we will exchange or refund provided the product/s were NOT “Made to Order”.

Return Labels Provided
We can issue you a return label sent via email from Australia Post. These labels are the most cost effective way of returning a product for exchange or refund. Each label for return is payable at a Flat Rate of $16 inc GST (within Australia only) and will be charged to your original payment method unless waived by Aussie Bush Hats & Oilskins™

International Returns depending on the situation will be the responsibility of the customer.  

All exchanged products sent back will have a different postage rate depending on the size of the parcel. Australia Post eParcel service will notify you via email of the progress of your consignment.

Damaged Goods 

We can only exchange goods or credit purchases that have been returned in the condition that they were sent. Any goods that have been worn or damaged as a result of use will and may not be refunded as per manufacturers specifications. Aussie Bush Hats & Oilskins™ reserves the right to make these decisions on behalf of the manufacturer and will if required refer the matter to the manufacturer for further instrcutions of a claim.
